I am the Founder and CEO of NutriCO, driven by a singular mission: to redefine the nutritional landscape for a complete Women’s Wellbeing World of Nutrition, Diet, Hygiene, Fashion, Beauty and Beyond.

The Vision Behind NutriCo

I am often asked why I founded NutriCO.

Coming from the Business family, I grew up seeing firsthand how commitment, discipline, and a focus on quality can transform industries. However, my personal passion led me toward the life of Women.

After completing my MSc in Public Health Nutrition in the UK and my MSc in Lahore, I realized there was a gap. We have the science, and we have the heritage, but we need a modern, accessible way to bring evidence-based wellness to every household (Women) in Pakistan.

That is why launched www.nutrico.online

Education & Global Perspective

I hold an MSc in Public Health Nutrition from the United Kingdom and an M-Phil in Nutrition & Dietetics from Pakistan. This unique combination of global health knowledge and local understanding allows me to create evidence-based nutrition and wellness solutions that truly serve Pakistani women's needs.

Mission & Long-Term Vision

At NutriCO, we aren't just selling diet plans; we are continuing a family legacy of service—this time, through the lens of Women’s empowerment in Health, hygiene, Fashion, Beauty and Beyond.

With an MSc in Public Health Nutrition from Edge Hill University (UK) and an M-Phil in Nutrition and Dietetics, my approach combines global health perspectives with deep clinical insights. I believe that nutrition is the cornerstone of sustainable public health outcomes, and I have dedicated my career to bridging the gap between theoretical science and real-world application.

Throughout my journey—from clinical rotations at Fatima Memorial Hospital to academic mentorship at Minhaj University—I have developed a holistic understanding of community health, disease-specific dietetics, and health policy. At NutriCO, I leverage this expertise to empower individuals and communities to take control of their health through informed, science-backed nutritional choices.
